The Varsity Baseball team had everything going tonight against the Panthers of Parma Western.

In the first game, the score was locked at 2-2 until the Greyhound bats got going in the sixth inning.  The boys scored 6 runs to open up the game.  Braylon Nobach and Joe Zubal each had two hits for the Hounds.  Johnny Stohr went 1 for 4 with a huge 2 RBI double to take the lead.  Chase Covello went 1 for 2 with an RBI and scored two big runs.  Matt Wright, Parker Nelson, and Jude Kennedy each chipped in hits.

Joe Zubal started on the mound and threw a complete game giving up 6 hits, 2 runs, and striking out 9 for his first high school victory.  

In the second game, the Hounds opened up the game scoring 6 runs in the first inning.  Leading the way was Ayden Glassbrook with 4 RBI's on the day. Braylon Nobach went 1 for 3 with 2 RBI's in the nightcap

Evan Stohr started on the bump for Hounds going 5 innings allowing only 1 run on 4 hits, while striking out 5.

The Hounds will go on the road Monday to face the Cougars of Lansing Catholic.  First pitch is slated for 4 pm.  Go Hounds!
