ER Girls JV soccer played a very strong Haslet team at home today.  ER started a little slow and got behind 0-2 in the first half.  However, the hounds came out aggressive and kicked it into high gear in the second.  Scoring for the hounds started with an unassisted Sophia Monroe goal.  Soph wasn't done after just one.  Later in the second half she scored again assisted by Abigail Contreras.  The JV girls finished the game tied 2-2.

Varsity did not have a great night.  The hounds could not find the back of the net.  They gave up 3 goals in each half to finish the game 0-6.  Even though the lady hounds lost the game, the stands were packed for ERYS Youth Night.  Nearly 100 kids from the ER United Soccer Program were in attendance and announced during the halftime break.

ER will travel to Charlotte on Thursday to finish out their CAAC white conference sweep.
