OLIVET HIGH SCHOOL: 1
Great game for the Lady Hounds against league opponent Olivet today. Mid-way through the first half, with the score 0-0, ER faced a PK. Goalkeeper Amirra Tello locked in and made a fantastic save to keep the game tied. After halftime, with the score still 0-0, ER was not done facing adversity. Olivet scored to take the lead, but the hounds didn't give up. Kylie Grubaugh evened the score at 1-1. Shortly after, Kylie Alvarez had an amazing goal! A one touch out of the air from a corner kick. Kennedie Crow had both assists. ER kept the pressure on and Hannah Garity put the hounds up by 2 with an unassisted free kick goal. With that win, ER is in first place in the CAAC white and can lock-up a second straight league title with a win against Portland on Thursday. Thursday is also Senior Night, so please come out and support our ladies.
