IONIA HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The ER Girls soccer teams traveled to Ionia on 4/11 and although the weather was poor, the results were not. Both JV and Varsity came away with decisive 2-0 wins. JV Goalkeeper Ella Barnes got her second shutout for the season, as did Varsity goalkeeper Amirra Tello. Scoring in the JV game was started by Kaiden Pixley who was assisted by Sophia Monroe. Sophia later added a PK goal. Varsity scoring was started off by Hannah Garity on a corner kick. The second goal was scored by Taylor Crow and assisted by Kennedie Crow. The lady hounds play this week at home on Wednesday and in Grand Ledge on Thursday.
