The JV girls got off to a strong start in the first quarter, but St. Johns stormed back taking an 18-9 lead into halftime. Despite great effort, St. Johns proved too much for the JV Lady Hounds losing 35-18 to the Redwings. Leading all scorers in the game was Leah Steffen with 10 points. Chipping in with 5 was Grace Shaw. The Girls play on Friday at Portland for a league matchup with the Raiders. The game starts at 4 pm.
