For the 2022-2023 School year, all Pre-Participation Forms will be completed digitally at the High School.  Some athletes and parents have already signed up for this last year, but all Families at the high school will need to do that for the upcoming year.  The Pre-Participation Forms include Physical, Code of Conduct, Concussion Awareness, Emergency Medical forms, and Insurance Consent forms.  The link below includes a help document and a video tutorial.  Once your student/athlete is on the team, you will also be able to pay the athletic fee for the year.  The High School athletic fee is $180.  Please have the Physical and Code of Conduct completed by August 8th.
